DISA Global Operations Command Request Fulfillment Branch serves as the day-to-day customer interface bridging DISA products and services, cultivating partnerships, and sustaining DGOC focus on the customers.
Functions of the Request Fulfillment Branch:
- Customer Training (Telecom Seminar, DISA Direct)
- Elevate and keep customer issues on the "Front Burner"
- Provide end-to-end visibility for customer requirements through Project Management
- Assist customer in management of their communications (R&R)
- Crisis Action Team support during critical outages
