DEOS WEBINAR SCHEDULE

Webinars are scheduled via DoD365-J Teams, Monday through Friday and are recorded. Please be advised that the URL link and dial-in information for morning and afternoon sessions are the same unless otherwise noted.

Are you an external guest who requests access to the DEOS DoD365-J Hub?  For personnel who reside out of our home tenant (DISA) and require access to our Hub, the user must 1) already have an account in another DoD365 tenant and 2) will need a “GUEST” account created within our tenant.  There currently is no solution available to provide non-DoD365 users with guest accounts.

 

Follow these simple steps below to request access to the DoD365-Joint Hub: 

1.Navigate to Access Package: https://myaccess.microsoft.us/@dod365.onmicrosoft.us#/access-packages/767a6faf-3bfc-4f2a-b1c7-f86fa9309883

2. Select DoD365-J DoD Guest under Access Package.

3.  Click Request

4. Your request is being processed. Your access should now auto-approve

5. Copy Hub SharePoint Online (SPO) link into a new browser: https://dod365.sharepoint-mil.us/Please Note: if this does not immediately redirect you, please try again after a duration of time has passed

6.  Click Accept when prompted for permission request

7.  You should now have access to the DEOS DoD365 Hub.  

8.  Please Keep in mind the following:

  1. If you previously migrated and had a @mail.mil email, please login using the old alias associated with your account. This should trigger the Sign in with CAC/PIV on the DOD authentication Page
  2. If you are having trouble populating the DOD authentication page, this means that you are using an alias that is not the original assigned to your CAC. Please look up other aliases associated with your account in the GAL
  3. Access to the Hub may take anywhere between 30 minutes to 24 hours. If the page is not loading, please try pasting the SPO link into an alternate browser 30 minutes after you have requested access.
