Prior to submitting a visit request, please review our Visit Request Instructions for DISA San Antonio (SATX).

All personnel requesting to visit DISA SATX must be approved by the DISA SATX Site Manager or designated government representative. Complete and submit the following visit request NLT 7 days prior to the planned visit. The requestor must include a DISA SATX US Government Civilian or Military Point-of-Contact (POC) in the visit request who can validate the reason for the requested visit. Contractors are not authorized to validate visit requests.

Defense Department installations will no longer accept driver's licenses from Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico, and Washington as proof of identity. The ban, which also includes licenses from American Samoa, is a consequence of the REAL ID Act of 2005.
