COMBATANT COMMAND FIELD OFFICES

 

DISA AFRICA COMMAND

MISSION

DISA Africa Field Command manages all agency support to U.S. Africa Command. The field office provides quality, timely and cost-effective information services to its components and other customers in the AFRICOM area of responsibility. DISA Africa also prepares, coordinates, and executes AFRICOM command, control, communications, and computer system plans for sustainable security engagement.


 

DISA CENTRAL FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

DISA Central Field Command provides, operates and defends the Department of Defense Information Network in the central region area of responsibility. The field office maintains situational awareness and supports integrated planning to assure enterprise capabilities in support of USCENTCOM and mission partners.


 

DISA EUROPEAN FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

DISA Europe Field Command maintains DODIN Enterprise Solutions and capabilities while executing unified command and control throughout U.S European Command, AFRICOM and other mission partners


 

DISA NORTHERN FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

DISA Northern Field Command leverages DISA and U.S. Cyber Command engineering, planning and network operation resources to conduct homeland defense and civil support missions. DISA NORTHCOM is the single agency voice for U.S. Northern Command and the Colorado Front Range.


 

DISA PACIFIC FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

The DISA Pacific Field Command executes the DISA mission within the Pacific theater. The field office manages the Pacific portion of the Global Information Grid and serves as the agency's "single voice in the Pacific.” DISA Pacific provides support and requirements advocacy for customers who subscribe to DISA's existing or emerging information products and services. The field office also plans, budgets, manages and implements the Pacific portion of DISA's global programs, projects and systems.

 

SOUTHERN FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

The DISA Southern Command supports the U.S. Southern Command leadership, service components and subordinate organizations by providing local management to the DISA-assigned portion of the GIG. The field office ensures DISA systems remain viable and the Defense Information Systems Network is responsive to meet the combatant commander’s requirements. DISA SOUTHCOM is the single DISA voice in the southern AOR.


 

DISA SOCOM FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

The DISA Special Operations Command field office manages the agency’s support to the U.S. Special Operations Command, USSOCOM components, the 6th Air Mobility Wing at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida and its subordinate units.


 

DISA STATCOM FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

The DISA Strategic Command Field Office serves as the agency’s forward representative to the combatant commander responsible for providing direct support to net-centric solutions across the GIG in the U.S. Strategic Command operational areas of responsibility. USSTRATCOM mission areas include strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, cyberspace operations, integrated missile defense, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, information operations, and combating weapons of mass destruction to meet both deterrent and decisive national security objectives.


 

DISA TRANSCOM FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

The DISA Transportation Command Field Office leverages DISA's lines of operation to enhance the U.S. Transportation Command’s global support to the warfighter. The field office is a force multiplier providing information dominance to USTRANSCOM and its component commands. It is the focal point for DISA activities and acts as the agency’s direct representative for USTRANSCOM collaboration.


 

DISA GLOBAL FIELD COMMAND

MISSION

The DISA Global Field Command is located at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, and Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and includes three operational control organizations. The field office manages enterprise infrastructure and services, and implements request fulfillment processes for DISA’s Center of Operations. DISA Global maintains the geographic location tables for the agency to ensure accurate management decision making regarding locations/concentrations of services and circuits for the DOD and other federal agencies.
