The Defense Information Systems Agency Office of the Inspector General Hotline is your resource for reporting fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement related to DISA programs and personnel. We evaluate complaints and direct them to the appropriate DISA component for action. Often, we can provide information to address your concerns without a formal complaint. The DISA OIG Hotline is available 24/7.
Who May File a Complaint?
Anyone, including the public, DISA employees, military members, civilian employees and contractors, may file a complaint. Military and civilian employees are encouraged to first discuss issues with their commander, chain of command or supervisor. We recommend visiting the Read Before Filing page, as many complaints can be resolved through other channels. For additional information review the FAQs.
If you believe you have experienced reprisal, please read the Reprisal Complaints page.
